«Moors and Christians Festivities 2026: Second Diana»

The Second Diana is an event similar to the First Diana, with special participation of the festive children.

ROUTE

The Christians will begin the procession at the Font Redona, proceed to Plaça d’Espanya, and end at the Castle, passing in front of City Hall.

The Moors will depart from Avenida del País Valencià, at the intersection with Calle Bambú, proceed to Plaça d’Espanya, and end at the Castle, parading past the Catholic Workers’ Circle.

Christian side: Andaluces (Capitain’s filà), Asturianos (Alférez filà), Cides, Labradores, Guzmanes, Vascos, Mozárabes, Almogávares, Navarros, Tomasinas, Muntanyesos, Cruzados, Alcodianos, Aragonesos.

Moorish side: Llana (Sant Jordiet’s filà), Marrakesch (Captain’s filà), Realistas (Alférez filà), Benimerines, Domingo Miques, Magenta, Judíos, Chano, Verdes, Cordón, Ligeros, Mudéjares, Abencerrajes, Berberiscos.
