Exhibition: “Sant Jordi Universal”
Description
The exhibition Sant Jordi Universal offers a unique journey through the celebrations in honor of Saint George across the five continents. Visitors will discover how the same figure—the knight who defeats the dragon—has taken on different meanings depending on the culture, becoming a shared symbol of courage, faith, and hope. The exhibition brings together festive, devotional, and popular expressions from countries as diverse as England, Georgia, Ethiopia, Brazil, Mexico, and Australia, along with deeply rooted traditions from Catalonia, Aragon, and the Valencian Community. Organized by: Filà Contrabandistes and Fundación Mutua Levante.
